Hey there! I'm glad you're here.  If you are, it's probably because.... A: You're independently making decisions to up-level your health and/or B: You want to know what it means to be truly connected to your menstrual cycle so you can make choices for family planning, pregnancy prevention, sexual health & more!   

Maybe you've spent YEARS (literally) trying to be healthier so you can feel better physically and emotionally, but you still don't feel like "you're there".  Or maybe you just really want to learn more about your body for future reasons: family planning, pregnancy prevention without hormonal birth control, less painful periods, a smoother transition into menopause, or healing something (PCOS, PMDD, Endometriosis, HPV, etc etc) 

I get it.  

My name is Lydia Jarjoura (my dad is from Lebanon so my last name is a doozy!) and I'm here 100% to help you on your health journey.  Because I've been there. Although I am now a health coach- I wasn't always. I spent years in patterns of making good decisions for my body and then binging on not-so-good decisions.  Finally though, my body and my soul let me know that healing doesn't mean I'm BROKEN, it just means that I am becoming WHOLE.  My personal story involves debilitating panic attacks, a diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and a journey of finding my whole-ness through nutrition, yoga, and a daily self-love practice.

Through it all, I've come to find my own place in the world; and that is helping women, just like you, find your way to becoming whole so that you feel and know that you are good enough. You are perfect. You are healthy.  

I am a yoga instructor with over 200 hours of training, over 4 years of dedicated teaching experience and 10 years of a personal practice.  I have taught students with trauma, broken backs, crippling anxiety, arthritis and more.  My teaching is for everyone and I'm passionate about showing students a practice that fits THEIR unique body.  I use my Reiki and meditation training in my yoga sessions to facilitate an energetic release in each student.  Because I am also a Body Intuitive, I'm able to see and understand where energy is trapped, leading to illnesses or dis-ease.  

I am also a health coach and I specialize in women's wellness. This means that if you've got a "female issue", I've got your back! Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbs, women's circles, womb-work, essential oils and more- I guide you towards learning how your cycle can feel when it's functioning at its best! My main work is done with the women who take my online course, Balanced Babes.  This is a 4 week structured way for you to learn ALL about your own cycle and how to bring it back into balance.
