Why are we here?
Who did we come from?
How can we move forward?
Join Lunar Nourishment for a ceremony all about healing old and present wounds around ancestry, parents, the past, and everything in between.
It's our turn to heal from the past; to move through and underneath old wounds, traumas and grief.
The truth is that none of us were parented 100% the way that we needed to be. Because our parents, and there parents, were just humans; imperfect but trying their best.
This ceremony will explore both our earthly relationship to those around us but also our more spiritual form and how we can heal the past and the future in the present moment.
We will explore any guides, ancestral spirits and teachers that may be walking beside us on our journey.
Under the light of the Full Moon, we will ALL gather- women and men- to remember and pay respect to those who came before us.
Join Lydia and the Lunar Nourishment tribe for a forgiveness // remembering // ancestral ceremony.
We will gather TOGETHER to create a sacred container; a space where we can, as individuals and the collective, learn to reawaken our connection to our ancestors. We will share our stories, our hearts, our deepest fears and desires to allow what needs to come up, to come up. To allow what needs to be spoken, to be spoken.
We will weave together the bits and pieces of what we know about those who came before us and those who are with us today.
The exact structure of our time together will depend upon the energy of the people who decide to attend.
Whatever your reason for showing up; you're embraced, encouraged, and SUPPORTED in whatever way you show up.
