Nutrition sessions with me will educate you on how to eat for YOUR body type.  You'll learn how to eat according to the natural cycles of your body and nature.  We'll talk about whole foods, herbal support , custom monthly meal plans, aAyurveda + more!  Each session is different for each client; as there is no one "right" diet for everyone. We're all different and we work with you to find what will best nourish you at this point in your journey.
